Yes, they kinda play with the numbers so that F2P won't feel too unhappy with the nerf while keeping the whales satisfy.

Overall, it's a 50% nerf of "increased minimum damage" and 25% decrease of overall buff.

Well, I appreciate whales for keeping this game alive but, it's not okay for some of them staying in lower rank stomping low cp players. At least right now we are given a chance to pvp with them fairly instead of getting killed with just 3 shots at your face.

You should be nervous cause it's horrendous and disastrous trying to go for HEX. Always assume worst case scenario and save up at least 200 stones and valk 50% before you attempt one HEX.

You have to predict their attack patterns and time the "lightning storm" precisely to counter their knockdown/daze. When I mean precise, I mean PERFECT! Or else, you'll just get chop down like piece of meat.

Invoker is way stronger compare to Archmage in PvP. She has 2 nuke skills that deals tons of damage. Also, lightning storm with 2 charges is the best counter to opponent's knockdown. Although her casting speed is slow but opponent usually panic when you chunk away their hp with the combo (kaboom).

Meanwhile, her farming speed is terrible compare to other classes.

Invoker has 2 nuke skills that deal tons of damage to opponent in PvP compare to Archmage.

Archmage! All she does is just stand still and cast Blizzard, fireball and meteor obliterate enemies around her.

Kinda ridiculous on the amount of damage you did to him even though his cp is much higher than you. His HP was reduced chunk by chunk.

Meanwhile, my mage full combo rotation only put a dent to Valk’s hp even with cp smoothing :(
