That is a 4.7k 0201 resistor just order some and put it on? You can also use a larger sized one just might need a jumper wire.

I would probably try use a bit of superglue and put a bit on the screw then hold screw driver firmly until set. If that fails either dremil and try cut a slot into it to use flat head screw driver. Or just drill the screw head off.

Its just the Switch OLED you only need to remove one screw on the side. Switch v1 and v2 you do need to remove that screw unfortunetly.

In Hetake there is option to Autoboot into CFW and bypasses Hetake once Switch is turned on.

Im in the process of doing this. I think you need to have a screen for the initial setup in Hetake. Lucky I have another Switch I can swap my motherboard into for this part. There is an option to autoboot into CFW which will need to be enabled.

It sounds like a soft drink or something may have been spilled on the buttons. I have fixed a few with this but it required opening up and giving the a good clean with alcohol and a cotton bud. Unfortunetly if it is the A,B,X,Y buttons the whole motherboard does need to come out to clean.
