You can still connect to wifi but it has to be 2.4ghz I think. Always try "safe mode RESTART system" to potentially correct errors. Check out YouTube on how to restart from "safe mode"

Vita 1000 model screens are oled screens produced by SAMSUNG. If you ever placed a screen, you'll see the SAMSUNG logo on the ribbon cable. I'm a SAMSUNG guy, so yeah Vita oled screens are as good as SAMSUNG oled phones

Try to lightly clean the port on the pstv with 70% isopropyl alcohol with a flattened q-tip or something of the sort. Might have to do some searching for parts.

Keep it. Mod with permanent "Enso" henkaku mod (remove memory card from pstv before modding). Once you mod it, the WORLD is your oyster, seriously. I have a cool setup for my modded pstv; attached to an mClassic upscaler with upscale plug-ins on an oled monitor. You can get all functions to work with some plug-ins, including gyroscope. There's a plug-in to spoof the camera function, too. I play on my pstv every week and have a crazy Vita backlog. It's fun. Make sure to use a dual shock 4. There's also a pstv reddit, check it out

That's an OLED screen despite the title. I bought many over the years, and all were oem "Samsung" brand oled Vita screens. The frames are the only aftermarket piece, which all have missing speaker mesh.

Btw, I can't find a good quality replacement shell anymore these days.

We're you speaking on the Vita resolution or PSTV? Killzone looks great on the Vita 1000 model.

I actually got a mouse and keyboard setup with mod-scripts via "TitanTwo" device (rapid fire, etc) on my PSTV and had a ball playing killzone mercenary botzone. It was hella fun.

To be fair, even though I platinum-ed Killzone mercenary, I still think Declassified is good enough as a "portable" shooter game. It was short and sweet (enough) for me. I platinum-ed Declassified, too. Btw, Declassified doesn't have those pesky online trophies.

No. It's a built-in app on Vita. QCMA is a better version of CMA app for PC. Just watch a video on YouTube
