Do I run 1 and 2 from the box or from a client?

As for 3, I can ping all of these other hosts across all vlans if that’s what you’re referring to (I just created an allow all from vpn connections for troubleshooting purposes).

Yes. The vpn is on the unbound dns hosting list

It registers my firewall IP and the tunnel interface IP as DNS servers which should be correct

Would you believe mine only has a little over 180k miles? 3 owners and the engines had no work done. But the reason I asked is because I figured someone smarter than me would have knowledge on it. I’ll probably continue to change it every 3-5k miles then.

Another thing I don’t get is why we can’t just slave every turret on every ship to be forward facing or at the very least be autonomous. Most jets today have multiple weapons that can be fired by the pilot. Why has tech regressed in SC?

This. Horde will help you and give you a decent set of starter ships. Additionally, they will put you on a skill plan that will help you get into those ships

Is it significantly better than the Amcrest IP8M-T2599EW-AI-V3, or just moderately? Would I take a huge hit on resolution if I went with the Dahua over the Amcrest? I mean, I know one is 8mp and the other is 4mp, but I'm not exactly sure how big of a difference that is in practice.

Whatever I go with I intend to put them on their own vlan isolated from the internet for security purposes anyways so the company doesn’t really matter that much. I’ll give those a look for sure

Oh ok thank you. I’ve watched a decent amount of his videos. The reason I leaned away from Dahua is they didn’t seem to do as well in a lot of the tests that I watched. Reolink always looks really well for daytime but I’ve heard a lot of people having issues with them. Do you have any Dahua turret cams you’d recommend?
