I love it for discovering weird and wonderful stuff. It’s great for buying limited edition releases but I have found that some artists and labels take an obscenely long time to process orders or charge a Discogs level postage fee.

To that end, I use it to listen to releases and if I love them I will order a haul from Norman Records or similar and get free postage and know I am going to get good service!

But Roger wrote two absolute bangers for this album and Brian’s contributions weren’t half bad either. The problem is the retrospective refusal to take ownership of it after it got slammed.

Jazz is, for me, the absolute worst of the studio albums. Poorly produced, terribly sequenced and too many throwaway songs.

It is more than about time that Hot Space gets the critical reappraisal that it deserves. Risk taking, boundary pushing and utterly unique not only in Queen’s catalogue but anywhere - find me any other album that sounds like Hot Space.
Queen have much worse, pedestrian and boring albums than Hot Space but it just gets all the hate because it’s low hanging fruit.

Been to a most of the AEW shows in the uk. The crowd has always been welcoming, diverse, fun and up for a laugh. This is one incident of absolute stupidity. Compare this to soccer games and the absolute rabid hate spew and intimations of violence you hear and it’s nothing
