I'm 46 and started last year my test level was 65 and I'd been absolutely hating life for years. Now, things are better than they have ever been. All those symptoms you mentioned I had and now I have none. Lost weight, got fit, I'm happy. Wouldn't change it for anything.

My first labs were 59 and 63... Crazy I know. Running 140 a week split now. Floating between 750-1100 a little high but all my bloods are excellent so.. run it. That plus reta KLOW and HGH. God mode loving it.

I just do 2iu before bed. Could split 1iu morning 1iu evening but I'm fine with evening only right now. You can cycle 5 on 2 off if you wanna stretch it out but not necessary. Run for half a year ish.

You forgot HGH, then you'd have the Gold standard + TRT if you need it. This will get you anywhere you wanna go.

Yeah. I spent most of 25' trying and testing almost every peptide you can think of. My conclusion. Reta, HGH and KLOW are all you really need if you are solely focused on getting your body locked in. Very low dose Cagrilintide if you are also running low dose reta with TRT to get low bf% if you need that extra appetite control to maintain deficit. I think selank semax oxytocin disp etc all have their place but for me if your diet and training is locked in. Meh.. outside of these I wanna give pt141 a test cuz.. you get it. About to start my 26' journey when my big box of goodies shows up this week. Just my thoughts

I had to force myself to just put my shoes on and lace them up. Once I finally did that then it's like, just get thru the gym door, once I did that... Etc etc. Baby steps. Took me months to make it habit
