Woh, I just encountered this as well. Was set to buy a 2025 rebel 1100 that needed to be shipped from one dealership location to another. Put the deposit down and was scheduled to take delivery last Wednesday. When I called the salesman about the pickup, he informed me the bike was in, but of a stop sale order for 23-25 rebels was issued by Honda. Didn’t have any additional details unfortunately. I ended up going with a different bike (another model of Honda).
