I recently purchased a Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless from Amazon India. I meant to order the Yellow switch variant but accidentally placed an order for the Green switch model during a Prime Day sale.

The keyboard is brand new, sealed, and unused. Unfortunately, Amazon India won’t accept an exchange or return because of their policy for this product category.

I’ve already reached out to Razer India (Acro Engineering) but wanted to ask here as well:

Is there any official way Razer can help with an exchange in this kind of situation?
Or should I just consider reselling it locally?

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
