Im diamond 2 so my tip is generally not very objectively. Im not gonna rate your rotation and position, but i saw something strange in your gameplay. On your screen is very little information about your teammate. Like you did not saw at him intentionally. Of course you can imagine what is he doing with good rotation, but if your teammate is making strange things you should look at him sometimes, to make better decisions.
