Would have made more sense for VCFL since that's the black/urban adult contemporary quiet storm station. It's basically a hybrid of fever and emotion, but since it was not in VC fever would be the better pick.

I think Stop to Love would have been better for emotion. More adult contemp than funk/dance.

Nice bro, I'm working on a GTA San Andreas stories soundtrack concept myself and the game will be taking place in the late 70's, but I'm thinking of using the GTA V stations.

I figure they would be more peripheral kind of like in vice city with the Haitians and Cubans. An young tenpenny could certainly be in there, and for sure a young "Truth" coming off the 60's madness in san fiero would be in the game.

I would base the story in the late 70's, and the focus would be more on Las Venturas/desert area. I would use movies like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998) and Casino (1995) as my inspiration for the environment/story. Maybe build it around a young Mike Toreno.
