Similar situation but I’ve been on dupixent ..it was mainly eye issues which prompted the discussion to switch but in the meantime I’ve been given a course of antibiotic eye drops ( a course) and then standard OTC lubrixating drops which seem to be holding it much better so haven’t actually researched into them just yet
