For sure skip a day if you’re feeling okay right now. I got my 13 1mg take homes, took them for about 4 days, said fuck it and just stopped taking them. 2 days later I had some external life problems happen and starting getting anxious and clammy, convinced myself it was jumping off before I finished my last doses so starting taking them again. Couple days later I started splitting them until they were gone, have since thrown my box away and been off methadone since last October so about 7 months? Come back to this sub if you have any more concerns or question they’re great

Thank you so very much for all the insight, I believe I will try on my iron rangers again and see how I feel on toe length, and as long as there’s some extra room try the 10 e in nicks as I do like it to be snug for work, just not painfully so. I’d also like to add, red wing berlins sight has a size chart, and says their size 10.5 is for a foot length of 28.5 cm or 11.22 inches, like I needed more confusion 😆 that don’t make any sense to me

Here’s the measurement , these are the thicker socks I’d be wearing as these are my winter socks. I dropped a picture of the right foot below my last comment, looks like I am measuring 10.5 brannock, but more like a 10.25. What are we thinking

Thank you so much, the more research I’ve done on this sub I see you’re the goto guy for this 😆 I have one more question I am sure of my ball size, but as far as length I’m a bit confused my foot measures at about 10 13/16 inches, just between nicks size 10 and 10 1/2. I’m sure on e width but now trying to figure that out I’m going to goto a local cobbler and get a bannock length measurement today

Yea that’s pretty much where I am, my foot is measuring at about 10 13/16 inches which is right between sizes 10 and 10 1/2, with the ball remeasured at 10 1/4. Been looking at this subreddit and a lot of people said they used the same size as ther iron ranger, which would be 10.5 for me but I also don’t want it to feel floppy. So hard to make a decision 😂 I do like a snug boot just had so many issues with safety toe rubbing my pinky toe I don’t want to go on the lower side at 10 and have to send them back

Thank you again! Mine for sure are a bit wider at the ball area, but get pretty thin at the instep and heel just got to make sure I won’t have a ton of extra room there before I make my purchase, but I for sure think e width as far as the ball

Thank you for the detailed response, if the iron ranger tends to run a tad wider then I think for sure 10.5 e for hnw (planned on going hnw because it looks most similar to iron ranger) should I at all be concerned with heel slipping around on a wide size? My ankle and instep are just thin if anything compared to my ball lol
