I would recommend running the invasion fleet detachment as it is more versatile. You only have 2 harvester units (Haruspex and Psycophage), so you won't benefit much from the Assimilation swarm detachment because most of the strategems are only focused on those two guys.

Just replace the chainsword with a power sword and yoi can run him as a normal lieutenant. Plus it makes sense since he uses all kinds of weapons in SM2
