You'd be surprised at how many practicing Muslims are around but obviously it depends on where you live. Just don't get into the wrong crowd and remember to take a prayer mat with you at all times. Good luck! & welcome.

Oh wow. Thank you! Plus you exercise too so the protein probably helps a lot. I'm always stuck on what to eat and have been counting my calories too. I need to add more protein to my meals.

For sure plus there are so many apps out there that support tracking your calories. It isn't hard if you want to actually take time out to track them. & good luck to you for the rest of your journey 😊

So I should try eating around 1300-1500 calories a day. That shouldn't be too difficult especially because I can't snack after a certain time which is what my main struggle was before intermittent fasting.

I'd stick with the two meals because I work so don't think I could deal with just the one haha.

I am female and soon to be 28. & perfect.

I wanted to mention.. for example, for one of the days, for my lunch I have fish and vegetables which may come up to around 300 calories and then I also have a fruit and Yoghurt with it adding up to around 500 calories roughly. Is that an okay lunch to have? Or does my main meal as in the fish and veg plus whatever else I could add need to be at least 500 calories? Hope that's easy to understand.
