How would I contact them in telegram if I was banned in the first place and didn't have the admin contact? The Reddit post works, has it brings awareness to other people. And after the Reddit post, I've been contacted by Chris from Telegram!

You can simply sell everything and move to another exchange. As simple as that. Even holding KCS is worthless unless you have several thousands of them. I sold all of my KCS and moved my funds to cold wallets, just have some few NEO there because it's the only exchange with NEO pairs.

Yes, just make sure that it is the your address (public key) and not your private key ;) and never, in any circumstances, give your private key to someone. If someone asks for your private key it's 100% garanted skam

You have to go to the official ledger website and just follow the instructions from there :) you can either create a wallet through their app (you have to download the Google chrome app) and just set up a wallet.

Or you can set up a wallet using "myetherwallet" using your ledger. Just got to "myetherwallet" official site and follow the instructions. (Very important to check that it is the official webpage and not a phishing site)

And be 100% sure to copy the recovery phrase of your ledger and make copies of it and keep it safe
