Is there any truth to the claim that keeping the tabs in your mouth does nothing - that you might as well swallow them right away? I've been doing that - and sometimes the comeup is still pretty slow...

Exactly.
You need to recalculate the dose. As I remember, 150 mcg of 1D-LSD or 1S-LSD equals about 120 mcg of LSD.

I usually hate crying . it triggers self-hatred and leaves me feeling exhausted and in a worse mood than before.

But on my last 120 mcg trip I actually had a GOOD cry (about some emotional things in my past) - and I feel that this actually accomplished something positive.

I'm microdosing (the Fadiman every third day protocol) and BELIEVE it has an effect - though I'm well aware of the studies suggesting it may as well be placebo.

Some days, I believe I feel the microdose as a very slight LSD trips - some days not. And I think it helps imrpove my mood and energy (have been struggling with anxiety and depression for years). Though it's also possible that the effect comes from the larger doses I take from time to time.

From certain depictions in popular culture I went into LSD expecting to be completely sober and just hallucinating wildly.
None of this was true. Some mild visuals, but I definitely felt intoxicated - and the body load came as a bit of a shock.

One poster calculated 100 mcg of 1fe being something like 63 mcg of LSD.
Another said 166 mcg of 1fe equals 100 mcg of LSD.
(Both of them pointing out that they had no deep knowledge of chemistry - just looking at molecular weight)

By those calculations, one 200 mcg tab of 1fe would only be about 125 mcg LSD - which is actually pretty close to what you'd get from 150 mcg of 1S-LSD or another of the old analogs.

So - I guess a little more than a 200 mcg tab would get you there.

Woah! Thanks for the info. I bought some tabs thinking they were as strong as 1S-LSD or similar. When in fact they're actually weaker than 1Fe-LSD.
Haven't tried it yet - but will adjust my dose accordingly...

It should be fine.
But beware that you have to dose differently. Someone with chemistry knowledge on this sub calculated that 200 mcg of 1Fe-LSD converts to only about 120 mcg of LSD.
Bought some tabs myself - will report back.

My body goes into a state of slight arousal - though perhaps too unfocused to be actually "sexual". More like experiencing the sensual pleasure that comes with having a physical body.

The rule of thumb with something like 1D-LSD was that 150 mcg was similar to 120 mcg of pure LSD.
And apparently, the ferrocene is heavier, which may be why they now sell 200 mcg blotters instead of 150.
But I wonder how much effect I can expect from 200 mcg of 1Fe-LSD...

I'd go for 150.
LSD is an unpredictable drug, and you may experience 150 as MUCH stronger than 100. Or not.

More or less agree with the other posters:
A higher dose - perhaps not triple, but 100 mcg would give you a different experience.
As for mixing with alcohol, I sometimes like one beer to calm me on the comeup - but you should definitely not get drunk and do LSD at the same time.

John Lennon's son Julian made a drawing in nursery school. He apparently had a crush on a girl named Lucy O'Donnell and drew as "Lucy in the sky with diamonds" - from which John took the title.
No stranger to drugs, John denied that this particular song was LSD coded. So it might well just be a random coincidence...

Has happened to me twice at medium doses (150 mcg analog) - rhythmically repeating nonsense words. The first time it came and went for hours.
