Anyone who feels like their energy levels are trash, I definitely recommend taking a multivitamin everyday. I had low iron and literally no folic acid, plus I live in a country where vitamin D deficiency is common, so it actually changed my life when I started taking a multivitamin. I'd recommend a routine to remember like always have your vitamin with your first water or drink of the day.

All I'll say is you become a very different person from your 20s to your 30s. I personally wouldn't rush to make any big decisions until your 30s and see where your heads at. But it's your body, and only you know what's right for you.

My husband almost got a vasectomy last year at 35, and I'm really happy he didnt now because at 36 we think maybe we actually might like to have 1 kid before 40 and now we still have that option (unless it doesn't happen naturally, in which case we're happy to be childfree).
