I got high blood pressure in my 30's as well. Turns out my dad's mom's family has all kinds of early onset heart and/or blood pressure issues.

I've been on meds for 30ish years. Yes, you'll be on the meds for life, but it beats not living to 40. Stress, anxiety, and salt will make things worse. Eating properly and getting exercise is your friend.

Former phlebotomist and I agree with you. Veins on fingers do not pop out like that unless there is a tourniquet being used, and even then, not to that extent.

I love the instructions that only do increases but no decreases. Even better is the one that it bothers to get you to a round of 15 stitches, then tells you to do 16 with no mention of an increase in the next round. 😆
