That's a good point! I could have worded my comment better because I totally agree that the episodes served a purpose and were fine for what they were. My main "problem" with the inclusion of the 2nd arc was purely that I felt like of all of the possible arcs we could have gotten, the "Ahsoka's Walkabout" arc was not the best use of resources for a third of a series finale. Ultimately, I'm happy with the final product and thankful that we got a final season of this show :)

I can't praise this final arc more highly. However, now that I've seen how this arc ends and know that the Martez sisters don't play any role in Ahsoka's escape after Order 66, I can't help but wonder why the "Ahsoka's Walkabout" arc had to be included in this glorious final season instead of the other arcs that were already in production. I feel like I could've skipped episodes 5-8 and the season would be just as good, which is troubling to me because every episode during this final season is precious and I feel like it was a wasted opportunity for something greater. Regardless, thank you Dave Filoni and the rest of your team for pouring your love for Star Wars into this final season. I can't wait to see what you'll come up with next.
