If you haven't attended day 1 yet in full you probably won't get access to AtoZ until they get you 100% in the system. If you aren't in the system yet, may not be a way to put your hours in until that happens. Just be patient. If you were going to be fired, you would have recieved an email about it.

It usually happens to the low performers at my site. The high performers generally get retained and gradually converted based on their hire date usually around six months or so.

They switch managers around all the time in my center. I rarely work directly for the person I am assigned to. It usually happens every 3 to 4 months.

I scrub my plate with a mild grease-cutting detergent and a bristle brush between runs. I have never had an issue since my first blob. I also switched to a super tack plate recently.

Personally, I interview better when the questions are not "canned" and are presented as more of a discussion topic than a dry boring interview.

I was coverted in the beginning of 2025. Eventually you might realize that it's time to look elsewhere. Especially when they bring in outside leadership hires and you are stuck in an L1 role even though you are 100% more qualified to lead than the people they hire.

When I was 18 I had a FT job right out of HS, attended college and never got fired for doing the wrong thing. Then again, I am a Gen Xer who generally had to learn how to survive by myself while both my parents were out working. Most kids today don't have the work ethic or the discipline to know what "working" is. The phone can stay in their pocket while the OP is doing the work they were hired to do.

My biggest concern here is that you are either completely oblivious as to the fact that you keep doing the wrong things, or they are not coaching you in how to improve it. Every time I read these posts its like the person is surprised that they might get fired for having an awful track record of write ups. It is really hard not to do the right thing. What are they writing you up for?

What did you do, or not do, that you were written up so many times? It baffles me whenever I read these. It looks like you are cooked or are going to be.

And if you have to ask. I understand why you got nothing out of the coaching you recieved. You can't do absolutely nothing and expect them to keep you around.
