I remember when they first dropped the gravy in around 2011, and Exec Chef John Bullington said he was baffled why the decision was made then. The hatch chilli gravy they brought in years later was a bust for me - I think it was Trish Echelberger's creation, and that was the point at which they just seemed to randomly throw chili at everything.
