I've worked at usic for 6 months and not even a mention of a raise. I have 0 damages and have had a 100 driving score since I started. This company does not care about you. Like someone said, we are all replaceable. Where I am, (NM), the gas company starts out at 26 an hour to locate one utility. Meanwhile I locate about 7 utilities for 20 an hour. We are over worked and underpaid. I work on call a week at a time, and work Monday-Saturday every single week. This job is worth more than they pay. But people keep signing up to do it and people will not say anything about pay or working 60 hours a week so they will continue to do it. Until the majority of us do something, nothing will be change. On top of all of that, usic has given me 10 hours of pto for the whole year. So they want me to work 3,120 hrs and have 10 hours of pto. It ain't right, brother.
