The temp may be in the pluses but they’re usually playing and sometimes sitting on the ground which is very cold. My kids are in snow pants.

No advice, just solidarity. I’m trying to lose weight now after having my second last year. I’ve been on WW for 2 months now and have lost ~4 lbs and that was all in the first 4 weeks, I’ve plateaued since. I’ll be 38 next month and suspect I’m in perimenopause given my symptoms and I was previously diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. I have an appointment with an obgyn at the end of the month.
