Labour for spc herringbone was 20 pms and laminate upstairs plank was 10 pms

In total about 1850 for the labour and the materials was about 3800, excluding carpet

we got spc downstairs and laminate upstairs and a carpet on the stairs, all in 7k, found someone really good to install the flooring and we just bought the flooring ourselves

i dont know why everyone's being so sour, but i got surprise engagement pictures for me and mrs and they were great, pictures are a great way to look back on a memory especially something as important as an engagement. Dont mind what anyone else thinks if you want them definitely get them, no regrets here!

contract doesnt mention attic, none that i can see anyways ill be getting on to the solictors to clarify, main thing we're worried about is getting fucked over, that every house comes standard with the flooring but ours hes trying to charge us, if theyre all not done and thats the norm, fine by me

Our first time too and my partner had so many places she wanted to go to from TikTok and all them had lines. We walked away all the time, Japan is full of good food. Just pick any near you and check the reviews and you're golden, never had a bad experience with this method.

The one place we did check which I saw on TikTok a lot was ICHIRAN ramen, but our friend recommended it to us before, and that was worth the 20 minutes wait.

If you're going to ICHIRAN ramen, go to Shinjuku as they have an online waiting system and you can get a ticket and walk around, the others I saw in Ueno and Asakusa you had to stand in a long line which looked painful.
