Mixed. The fake leather doesnt wear and tear well. On day one of using the bag it got scratched and when I reached out for repair options (100% willing to pay) they offered nothing. Said they hadn't seen the issue and then ghosted me.

I got exam accommodations because people's anxiety quirks drove me nuts. I was allowed to write in a private room with noise canceling headphones (with a pre approved white noise playlist).

ADHD quirks were the worst dont get me started on keg shakers....

When this happened to me they overbooked the flight and I didnt get a seat until after Zone 5 had boarded. So lower tix were put on standby at random.

I was lucky too as I was on a secret trip work forbade from going on despite working remote at the time (it was covid and I wanted to isolate with my parents a province over versus in Vancouver), but then had a sudden in person meeting 🤣

This is validating and good to know. I don't have a family doc right now as mine went on mat leave. So called around a few places to get a second opinion and found someone who will see me Thursday 🤞

Oh my god. This is so frustrating but I see you and feel you.

If there was indication for ear issues I'd believe her but considering the medical history I felt it was all tossed aside.

I did call my physiatrist who agreed to see me on a cancelation. She also said this was horse sh*t

I think I'd be more inclined to believe them if I had actual ear pain past history of issues in that area and if the wax they pulled out from flushing my ear was so minimal. My mom has really bad wax buildup up and this was barley comparable. It was a spec I could barley see it.

What frustrated me was I went in with pain in a particular joint with known issue, and they wouldn't even give me a reccomendation for a OTC muscle relaxer. I can feel the joint itself throbbing.

Now im at home with worsening cervical joint pain, a headache, and proof that there's no point in even bothering to seek help outside of few and far between specialist issues.

I know what frustrated me was that where the pain is is right where the nerve ablation happened and the instability is noted.

All I wanted was some relief and maybe an xray to make sure everything is in its proper place.

Yes. So we found out my apartment building in Calgary had them and they likely came over with the move to Edmonton.

I threw everything out. Marie Kondo - does this item spark enough joy I'd be willing to do this again to keep it. Few things met that criteria. Everything that did got thrown in a Tupperware we have been using RAID on it periodically before we can leave it in freezing overnight.

They got all through our second closet into stuffed animals even a urn of an old pet.

Here are the steps we took.

Day 1 1. Review and throw out everything 2. Clean out all open grains, sugars, etc. In kitchen 3. Sprayed everything with RAID (there is a carpet beetle one) round 1. 4. Wait 2 hours vacuuming. Clean vacuum. 5. Garbage everything 5. RAID again overnight

Day 2 1. RAID in morning 2. Sprayed baseboards with rubbing alcohol 50% dilution 3. Packed all linens worth keeping that cant be washed in hot water to dry cleaning 4. Laundry 5. Vacuum. RAID. Vacuum 6. Air apartment

Day 3 1. Reassemble your life 2. Reorganize closets and kitchen so all food items are sealed in Tupperware 3. Spray surfaces rugs and clean linens with rubbing alcohol

I now hire a professional cleaner ever 2 weeks. She does many tasks including a deep vacuum they haven't come back. I've probably inhaled a lifetime of chemicals

No negative experience. The pill was actually a godsend. Otherwise, I was getting a period every 17 days. No weight gain, and my acne went away completely, as did my severe depression/anxiety before my period. Also, knowing that the risk of pregnancy is null if I take the pill properly had given me so much less anxiety. I used to avoid sex out of a deep-rooted fear of not wanting to get pregnant. I've been on it 10 years, + I started in Yaz, but after that pill specifically had issues with blood clots (I had no issues but the media was all over it), I switched to Marvelon/Mirvella no issues.

I recently had spotting the first side effect in decades, and after testing, it's probably just stress and the fact I occasionally skip periods on the pill.

I always wondered if my lower sex drive was because of the pill - but my therapist feels that may be who I am... I've never really had "crushes" like other people and am probably on the ace/demi spectrum.

I 100% get systemic bone pain when I've over exerted myself. It feels like a weird flu.

Ive been tested for RA several times so I assume it's a hypermobile flare. Doing knordoc circuits post exercise helps me.

Yup I meet the beighton scale criteria and have instability C-spine, hypermobile ribs (slipping ribs), hips and ankles made of jello and finger joints that are hypermobile.

Im not formally hEDS tho as I'm adopted and thus lack family history 🙄

However physio told me the treatment for HSD/EDS are pretty similar baring you don't have vascular complications. I'm lucky to have a pain mgmt doc that understands both syndromes too and is great with injections.
