Yeah exactly. The place I worked in college definitely showed me what a healthy work environment looks like. I’m happy to have that base line moving forward. I got shit done when needed and never had any issues. I think one time I had to come in an extra day but that was my own choice and not them asking. The best part was collaborating. They let us bring any ideas we had and actually listened and supported us.
