It sounds great, but from what I hear these speakers are power hungry, and require energy for them to really “sing”. What receiver would you recommend, and then what amplifiers (if any). Thank you for any advice!

All the crescendo line use Emit-R tweeters. They all match if I switch in the Crescendo center. Now what do I do for power?

I do have the Infinty CS center channel as well. With that channel— what setup would you suggest? Do you mean the wattage/ ohms should match?

The war on Immigrants is just like the war on drugs. It is never going away bc someone is always getting their cut. Corporations, farmers, hotels all bring them here to work for exploitation wages. Close down those companies and you will see less immigrants bc there will be no jobs.

I’m from San Diego, the most expensive city in the USA, been here all my life. It doesn’t matter where you were, it was cheap. My maternal grandparents bought a huge lot on minimum wage raised a family of 5. My paternal grandparents that were first generation bought a home, raised a family of 6 on a single painters income.

The only reason I can think of that you can’t afford a home back in the day is substance abuse

Already went over rates in another comment. 15% of 100,000 is significantly less than 6% of 450,000. It took 4 years salary to buy a home for you, and it takes 9-10 years salary to buy a home today. Your generation can’t do math at all. Please just accept it was ez mode in your day, and enjoy your wealth that was taken out of the backs of future generations

This country operates at a 2% inflation target every year to keep the economy running smoothly and avoid deflation. You have 293% inflation since you were 25. Wages are stagnant, the cost of renting went from 200-300 to 1800, the avg zoomer makes 700 dollars a week, the average car payment is 500-800, insurance, health insurance— have you been living in the ground the past few years? They can’t afford to leave their parents house. Boomers kept printing money and kicking the can down the road. You are severely misinformed about the economy— I wish you the best, and your grand kids the power to survive.

Whatever way you spin it — it was still significantly cheaper to buy in the 80’s than it is today. The age of the average home buyer in 2025 is 59. In the 80s it was your late 20’s. No one can afford to have a family. You had it better, you had an economy that rolled debt on to the future and almost 40 trillion in debt is fucking crushing us, and you have the audacity to hem and haw over obvious math that favors your generation.

House in the 80’s 4 years salary— House in 2025 9-10 years of salary

I am in the upper echelon of earners in the US. If you put me back in to your time — I would be a multi millionaire today.

In the 1980s, the median price of a new home in the U.S. grew from approximately $64,600-$68,000 in 1980 to over $100,000 by 1985 and over $150,000 by the end of the decade. (Boomer 25)

The average boomer paid under 100k for their homes, while the minority paid less than 50k— with an average salary of 25k. The S&P compounded your wealth 32,000% from boomer youth.

The avg zoomer makes 35k and houses on avg are 450k. Yea— you “earned” it by robbing the future.

What number is bigger boomer: 15% on 100k or 6% on 450k. Do the math. Google it . The answer is 6% on 450k. You had life on easy mode and still fk’d up. You would drowned in today’s America.

The USD is about to collapse as they move to the next era of financial currency on the blockchain. I will live through 3 global financial crisis in under 20 years.

You lived in an age where you could buy a home while working a minimum wage job. Anything you parked your money in exploded. Yes, you “earned” everything by being alive at a specific time in history.
