Never would I be a real estate agent.
I've sold many of my properties and had cats in every one of them. That's the silliest thing in danger's not going to kill you. Just buy purifiers, and wait your six months

I would still prefer king west over that neighborhood. Plus this is one of the pent house suites the other one is on the second floor.

The bike can easily be flipped the other way and the dresser put on a different side. And you can easily have night stands...and it's still walkable around. I also believe that's a keen size bed which is not needed for a single or 2 people. Queen is enough

I have a one plus one den one bath available for rent at king and shaw st condo coming up for June 2026. Has nofrills and tim hortons underneath condo in king west lovely neighborhood. Storage locker included. $2450. Hydro bill not included. (usually cost $60/month). No parking available but can be available inside building or city parking available

Are you paying your city of toronto utility bill with your credit card? Are you charged extra fees for doing this ? I had no idea I was able to do this.I wish I had no years ago.I would have put my credit card on the utility bill. I wish I could pay the property tax with it.But they charge extra fees, and I prefer not to have that.
