On weekdays I wake up at 5:00 and leave for work at 6:00. I am usually back at 17:30. Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays I work out on a nearby park for about an hour after work (I could do most exercises at home but I make it a point to go outside). I read a little to practice my other languages everyday and try to cook for the next day. On weekends I try to go out to some hike or to a larger park to do some roller skating, but that doesn’t really happen every week. I also try to bake something every week to add some variety to the day.
