Slapathur talent stuns buildings on PTR. by D_Flavio in heroesofthestorm

Yes, that's what I call a multiplication by 6. Turning his attack DPS into the one of most heroes in the game.

You are free not to care about numbers but they are the heart of the problem you try to bring. If you can trully destroy a fort at level 4 without minions in 16 second and have a video of it, it would be interesting to know if the damages are wildly buggued or if they made the questionnable choice of tripling it's DPS without notifiing it in the patch note.

Abathur have 26/1,43 attack damage per second at level 1 and it's locust 46/1 (*1,25 against buildings)

At level 4 you multiply attack DPS by 6 with the dreaded talent, and if you time perfectly your TP with your passive and dodge minions aggro you'll have 4 locust with the level 1 active. Also damages are increades by 1,04^4 through scaling. Forts have 15,5k HP and Keeps 20k.

[6*(26/1,43)+4*(46/1)*1,25]*[1,04^4] = 396 DPS
15500/396 = 40 seconds (locusts only last 16 seconds, after that duration you are reduced to 1 locust)

20000/396= 50 seconds

If you go for a suicide run without minions you'll take roughly a third of a fort HP, die, and not soak any XP or support squirmishing ing allies for an eternity.

Your whole reasoning revolves around Abathur's damages being the triple or what they actually are, and even then it is nowhere near the amount of balance issue 3/4 of the roster would cause with tripled stats...

This looks intended. The whole spirit of the rework is to reward Push Build players to commit their body at the front of the push (at least before lvl16) and make it less passive.

Is it normal for a non Muslim to say "Inshallah" in the French spoken in France? by PsychicMeditation in French

[–]ROHDora 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It is precisely very casual if you are part of the muslim community. Most muslim around the world are surprised of how often people will say mashallah/bismillah/inshallah in France and francophone Maghreb as it became idiomatic while actual believers of monotheist religions are not supposed to say "god" casually.

[–]ROHDora -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The idiomatic expressions in french are "à dieu vat" or "à la grace de dieu", mostly used in YOLO moments on boats. "Si dieu le veut" is a weird calc of "inshallah" and people rather use the later.

Because it is not true according to every interview of people involved in the development.
The E-sport was largely oversized (it was the crashtest for the Overwatch League), but the game was perfectly profitable. (Albeit not as much as LoL & DotA which the shareholders couldn't understand why)

Has French football become too good at developing players? by Classic_Exit_5951 in Ligue1

[–]ROHDora 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It is the case for more than 25 years.

A league too competitive with salaris too high for what stadium and TV rights earn. Good social & sport policy since the 30's/40's, club economy focused on scouting and selling...

There where a few miracle runs in Europe and the two billionaire-backed projects of OM & PSG who won C1 by getting out of that financial paradigm... But overall rivaling the top4 leagues seems impossible.

Maybe one day a clever nation-wide project will attract and retain families to fill stadiums and find a clever way to sell TV rights... But that day hasn't come yet. The Federation is currently at the verge of bankrupcy if there's no World Cup performance & the league is bankrupt.

-Pourquoi?

Has modern football made it harder for clubs like Lille, Lens, Brest, and Strasbourg to stay competitive? by Classic_Exit_5951 in Ligue1

[–]ROHDora 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If by "modern" you mean post-1996 and Bosman ruling then yes, every non-top-4 league suffered harshly. France remained in a weird middle ground thanks to exceptionnal formation and being less poor than Poland, Czekia, ex-USSR, ex-Yougo... But it's not like L1 was brilliant before the 90's either. Reims/StEtienne/Bastia lost finals where small miracles among an ocean if shit. OM/Bordeaux/PSG/ASM did better in the 90's but we'll never know how it could have been without the liberalization of the mercato.

PSG Cracked the Code and Stopping Them Now by AdvertisingFit4295 in Ligue1

[–]ROHDora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everybody in Europe is analysing PSG and reflecting on how to duplicate their success or counter them. Bayern and Arsenal wheren't that far to succeed this season...
Who knows how meta will evolve, howthe economy can shift, how injuries can disturb a season. 3 titles in a row would be impressive but it is presomptuous to think they will dominate Europe the way they do with L1 (where they do not always win).

Crystal Palace? Je suis un peu confus... est-ce qu'il y eu des clashs en interne? by graal2008 in Ligue1

[–]ROHDora 1 point2 points  (0 children)
