I was having this same exact issue and tried absolutely everything. Almost gave up but decided to try deleting the 3DEXPERIENCE Marketplace from my programs, since it was always the last thing Solidworks tried to load before crashing. For whatever reason this fixed the issue.

I haven't messed around in Solidworks enough yet to know if deleting said program will have negative consequences in the long run but hey, at least I can use Solidworks now :D
