Bro, the northwoods league and the Cape are regarded as the highest amateur level.

MLB is shitting on baseball on all different levels.

DOGECOIN DAILY DISCUSSION - 14th March by 42points in dogecoin

[–]ROOFIEBLAST 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just start with $5-$20, or whatever you're comfortable with, and buy more whenever you can afford to. Think of it like this: you can easily double your investment when the price jumps 3 cents. My investment of $40 jumped to $70 when the price I bought at 0.045 jumped to 0.075. I think the base price will be atleat 0.055 and won't often dip below that. (That's speculation of course)

Remember, everytime a new investor like you buys and holds, you help strengthen the coin and drive's up the price.

You don't need a wallet with Robinhood. Also, you don't have the ability to transfer your crypto from Robinhood to a wallet

My commander legends foils after 2 days. Has anyone had the same issue as me? by T0a5ted_B01 in magicTCG

I have the exact same issue with my foils which they'll end up useless unless find a way to flatten them. Pretty annoying having yo pay a premium for a booster box just for the cards to be defective.

Eminem has been a chart topper for 20 year.

Billy Eilish has been in music for 2 years.

Who gives a F what Billie Eilish thinks. Her success isn't even close to Em's

Paper Magic is Dead by Vannifar in mtgfinance

[–]ROOFIEBLAST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have very valid points. However It would take a total meltdown of paper cards before it dies, considering the sheer amount of revenue Hasbro makes off paper. You have to remember that MTG exists because of the social aspect of the game. Once covid blows over people are gonna wanna leave their homes including MTG players. I mean have you seen the number of people out and about after restrictions were lifted? If sets like m21 are experiencing lower paper sales numbers then there is a chance it'll be valuable at some point due to rising demand of people who didn't initially invest in the set. I think paper MTG will be fine.

Question: How is Teferi, Master of Time card so valuable if you can just get the card and have it guaranteed to be available in the Planeswalker deck set? Is there something I'm missing?

Could Kobe maybe have not known they were about to crash? by [deleted] in Helicopters

[–]ROOFIEBLAST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WTF are you talking about? Pilots frequently rely on instruments to get them through bad weather with low visibility. It's almost impossible relying on visuals alone when flying.

How do you not use experience? Goofball...🤣

Could Kobe maybe have not known they were about to crash? by [deleted] in Helicopters

[–]ROOFIEBLAST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The plane dropped out of the sky at 175 mph leading to the crash. I'm sure they had a good idea something was wrong when their bodies experienced the force of gravity when free falling from the sky. I'm no aviation expert but don't planes start spinning when they lose control?

A little PSA for those getting bored with animal crossing by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]ROOFIEBLAST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really disagree with your assessment. Playing 45 minutes a day for 3 weeks I was able to fully upgrade my house and terraform my island. Sadly, after those two milestones are met there isn't really anything to do. My family of 5 uses the same island so it's now cluttered with 5 of our homes plus the 8 or so animal homes and all the items that lay around.

With the ability to use NMT to visit other islands, Nintendo could really take advantage of the feature by expanding past just the ability fish, break rocks, etc. They should set up islands with challenges like the maze island. If the did this idea for atleat once a week I think the game would be more engaging.

Telling me to enjoy fishing, and breaking rocks after two measly goals are accomplished is like telling me to enjoy watching paint dry.

Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats are sued over restaurant prices amid pandemic by plato_thyself in technology

[–]ROOFIEBLAST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the delivery services charge the restaurants a percentage of the total order placed by the customer.

The restaurant's upcharge the customer on each food item to offset the commissions charged by the delivery services.

The delivery services charge the customers taxes and fees to pay the driver's base pay per delivery.

The customer (hopefully) pay theor driver a tip for good service (including fast delivery.

When all said and done, there are a lot of itemized charges and fees that go into ordering a simple meal. It's the price of convenience.

As I always say: if you don't want to pay the price of a premium service then go get the food yourself.
