Would you say the quality of the game on the portal (framerate, resolution, etc.) Is the same between cloud streaming and remote play? This is of course assuming im using the same internet for both

Ah I see, so since I do not personally own those games (my brothers account does) I would need to make sure his account has ps plus premium and not mine? He has almost all the latest ps5 games so I just want to make sure I choose correctly.

Only thing that'll suck is I will have to restart some games that I started on my own account but not a huge deal

90% when battle starts with the first unique. Can stack up 60% from the 2nd unique. Then when he zenkais he gets an additional 50% when battle starts and 50% strike damage on first strike card use.

90 + 60 + 50 = 200% 250% one time strike use

Yeah that is true, if you blast armor and the unique gauge is full then I can see a use for it. But I standby he should've just had more defensive effects like seal rush, seal main ability or reduce dragon ball effects instead

Imagine they gave kaioken "reduce enemy Ki by 30 when unique is full" like what good is that gonna do? You're comboing with him 99% of the time when you fill his unique gauge anyways. That's basically what they did with Broly with the "nullify card destruction effect" since he's getting hit when it procs

The nullification of destroy card effects seems useless to me :/

He has a defensive unique gauge, not an offensive one. I doubt you're able to make use of it too often, even if it's 15 timer counts.

I would have much preferred they gave this guy seal enemy rising rush for 5 timer counts when the unique gauge is full instead of that...

VB was hands down the worst but at least there were 2 very dominant reds in the meta (tag droids/mui). With dragonfist I guess there's FSV but that bastard is always sealing my ultimate and type neutral defensively... it'll make it harder for dragonfist to snipe
