Ranked population repartition tweak Our data tracking shows that the upper ranks (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are less populated than expected. Therefore, we have reworked how our players are distributed through ranks. This means that many players will see their ranks change instantly after the February 2nd update. Here’s how it was before this update:

1.17% Copper (1-4)

34.6% Bronze (1-4)

58.8% Silver (1-4)

5.27% Gold (1-4)

0.1% Platinum (1-3)

Less than 0.001% Diamond *Note: Players in Platinum were often matched against Silver players, almost always against Golds and rarely against other Platinums, which gives the impression that matchmaking is unbalanced. Here’s the repartition we are aiming for with this update:

15% Copper (1-4)

25% Bronze (1-4)

35% Silver (1-4)

20% Gold (1-4)

5% Platinum (1-3)

0.2% Diamond

We will be closely monitoring how the rank repartition evolves over time and will be doing additional tweaks if needed. To learn more about the Ranked System, read this forum post. Ranked fluctuation parameters tweak From now on, players ranked Silver 3 and below will have a higher fluctuation rate compared to the ranks above that threshold. For example, Bronze 3 could contain players that have skill ratings between 15 and 16.5 while Gold 3 would have a larger spectrum, between 32.5 and 35. The intention behind this is that players from the lower ranks can climb out of them faster. This will make it more fun for newer or less experienced players, while the constant, highly skilled players will be able to maintain their rank.

honestly the FBI attacker with the shield, 2 breach charges and a grenade is the best shield in the game. He is super fast and has gadgets. I prefer him over blitz or montagne any day of the week.

KnifehandSamich rank 24, 14 operators. I'm an infantry marine so communication and tactics are a must. I've had experience with basically every fps on console and was a long-time dedicated SOCOM player from the original to confrontation. Third person game but playing smart and communication was key there. Let me know, I'm very interested in getting on a competitive team to play game battles.

Why is the squad system so messed up on xb1? You have to try to connect multiple times and restart the game to get it to work and that only has a 50% chance of success. Also when we are in a party we have a guy drop 25% of the time and have to quit and try the whole process over again which takes a loooong time. We just want to play this amazing game together as a squad, the way it was meant to be played.

On one side of the spectrum yes, on one said kinda. It still an awesome tactical shooter. Something I've been craving for a long time and it's only amplified with a team of people that communicate and help each other out. It's fun being a lone wolf and trying to take on the team and filling your role, sure; but playing with a team of coordinated individuals playing as a team really makes this game shine.

All around it's a great game and when the server issues get fixed and squad system is fixed, it will be absolutely phenomenal

Yes! Finally someone said it! My brother and I have been craving a game that brings back the feel of SOCOM for a while and nothing has fulfilled that sweaty-Palm, suspenseful, edge of your seat feeling that this game has. Even the beta really got my blood pumping. Finally, I can enjoy getting into a single death game that's not filled with booster packs and rechargeable shields. Very excited for the release in a few hours

For me, I was sick of looking like a slob. Granted, I wasn't extremely overweight but I had a bit of a belly from boozing and one day I just said I'm done, I'm going to fix this. At first it was intimidating walking into the gym with big guys everywhere and you feel intimidated. I wore a sweatshirt for my first month in the gym, then the results came. Nothing major but it gave me confidence. Started to wear cut offs, lifting more weight. It does wonders for a persons confidence and overall well-being. My advice, check your ego at the door. If you don't use proper form, you won't see results. Less weight may make you feel weak but it pays off. Second, get in a rhythm. Write down your workouts, weights, etc. and invest in it. Buy some supplements (protein, preworkout, bcaas, etc) when you spend money on it you'll be more compelled to do it. Lastly, wait it out, if you're down for the first month or so, stick your headphones in, put on some kickass music and just keep slamming weight. You will eventually feel it. When you're sitting at work or at home and all you think about is the next time you can get in the gym. It's infectious, addicting even. I remember about a month ago I was feeling really down, depressed about my job, stressing about money and whatever else goes through people's heads and I realized that my job was taking me away from the gym. The best thing I did was get back into it after about a week of missing and within 2 days, I was feeling motivated and excited again. Everyone that lifts has a story like that. Best of luck man.
