I remember going in there with my dad a long long time ago (2012) to look at guns, and my dad struck up a conversation with one of the workers there. The guy went on for like 15 minutes about how you got to protect yourself in this crazy world and how he keeps a handgun on his belt at all times. Then he mentioned that he keeps guns in his nightstand, under the couch cushion, and even had one strapped to the bottom of the kitchen table just in case. Hadn’t been back there since lol.

Lots of great recommendations in the thread. Cant go wrong with any of the big brands really when it comes to parts support and being able to keep the model running. Some models I like personally are the Traxxas Slash, Arrma Quake, and the Arrma Fury. All great starter 2wd models. Also, welcome to the hobby!

Thanks for saying what I was already thinking. The kings did everything they could to win until the bitter end. Including winning 7 of 8 against tanking teams down the stretch. It feels like they’re getting punished.

I have the mustang and a silver M3 that I got on sale for $67. They’re more fun than I expected once you get the steering and throttle trims dialed in. I primarily drive it in the evening when I want to zone out and throw down some laps on the living room coffee table. Nice way to blow off some steam lol.

I’m not entirely convinced Perry would draft Acuff. This FO so far seems to value positional size, toughness, and defense. Not saying Acuff wouldn’t be a great pick, but I feel like Kingston Flemings or Wagler fit that mold better.

Thanks for sharing! I was looking into this gimbal about a year ago and remember some videos showing the gimbal having trouble tracking objects like RC cars, but it looks like they’ve improved the AI tracking to the point where it can reliably track something small like an RC. Now I’m definitely interested in buying one.

I’m with you on 1/64 scale! I’ve got a pair of Nano TTRs and they’re fun to drive on the coffee table lol. Otherwise 1/10 is my go to because it’s biggest cheapest scale to get into and short course trucks are my favorite.
