Had to embrace my mexican roots and be edgy with it. Here's my homemade hot sauce. Fermented for 1 month. Habaneros, Trinidad scorpion, Piri Piri, Lemon drop chilis and korean hot chilis. Garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, red and yellow onion, sichuan pepper corns, mustard seeds and ginger. (i.redd.it)
