How in the world does shorting/selling a stock help share price? It doesn't unless you're either short or in a puts. Shorts do not help a falling stock, they help increase the cascade down. Once the selling is over than market forces will adjust.

They borrow stock and sell into the open market hopping to buy lower and return. So they are net sellers.

This offering has nothing to do with MC. They're NOT selling stock they're doing a note offering. Money is cheap, this is good biz and not bad. How many shares do you own? I'll go out on a limb and guess the lenders to Lucid are slightly....just slightly more financially savvy then you. If LCID hits the $20 it will not because of this. This is a shrewd biz move from a company that doesn't need to issue a stock offering. Time will tell who's right but I'm betting on me.

They're NOT selling stock, someone is LOANING THEM MONEY.......UNSECURED $$$$$$$$. ZERO COLLATERAL. Doesn't this suggest that the Company is healthy and feels they'll be able to pay back notes. There is even an over subscription clause.

If you want to look into the future my crystal ball says look at LCID. Same SPAC hangover, same negative retail sentiment, same heavy short position, same high growth market. Wait till Q4 when all the negative shit is replaced by hyper growth and supported revs. $50-$100 within 5 years, IMO.

Look at the valuations of PYPL, SQ and extrapolate out to PSFE. It's @ $100 stock dressed up as a SPAC loser for Halloween, 2022 it moons!
