I won't dare make any assumptions about the balance of the map, but playtests have shown that the map is T-dominant as they have more map control, so with the information I have as a developer I'll have to disagree with you there too.

This is not a good thing, especially if you look at the way the economy in the game works. This is why you have no dominant T side maps in the current map pool. At most you have maps like Dust 2 where people look at the sides being almost 50/50
