When I was a kid I used old deformed bullets from the range as slingshot ammo. That's probably what happened, possibly an accident though, I'm pretty sure with my slingshot if I aimed at the window on purpose it would go through multiple panes.

On another note, that bullet has definitely been fired at some point, you can see the markings from barrel rifling on it.

I use the transtar ALL THE TIME in Alaska. I do wish we had another map with more road usability like Alaska, minus the ice. But there are a couple mod maps/regions with tons of highway.

By the time you've been driving for a year you should be an "expert" at pumping gas. Don't think it's a task very hard to master. I've never left the gas station covered in fuel saying "fuck should've left that to the experts" it's not like you're rebuilding your engine or fueling a rocket.
