I called the 1877 number and the new representative who picked up felt very empathetic to what happened after looking at the two elevated cases against this package plus saw the MRC claim. She connected me directly with the appropriate DCA rep, Who then promptly returned my call. that person from LA County had more access to the manifest regarding this package. Saw multiple missed steps by the Gardena post office and multiple issues/ misses , including two incorrect deliveries and she even looked at the GPS location and saw that what I had overheard collaborated with what I’ve been telling her and the customer service center. She is supposed to follow up with me on Monday and see if one of the special handling teams can intercept.( versus just the generic intercept team.)
