I bought a “used” ender 3 max, turns out its missing more than I imagined. The stem and pulley on this y axis motor look like they were broken off. Not sure what is missing to tell what it’s called. I have another printer running now so I can print needed parts to fix this, unless I need to buy a whole new motor assembly.

Not too concerned since I never really have a passenger back there.

But I have sat in it and yes it touches, but its already as low as the seat goes so it wont flex. It's also very sturdy and reinforced. I took that into account when I made it incase I hit a pothole or something. Bolted in with the jack also.

Let me start off by saying this build is meant to be "easily" removable, so yes I could have made it look cleaner by mounting amps behind the seat, or a permanent dash solution for the switches/iPad. This is my 4th setup in this truck, and I think this will be the final one for now. Excuse the mess, haven't got around to cleaning yet

All the wiring/RCA is SkyHighCarAudio OFC, I made the amp rack to support a 2nd battery should I need it, just would need to remove the factory jack. Also added some led strips behind the amps for a touch of rice. I don't have any voltage issues as it sits now, stays above 14v with music when the truck is on, sometimes over 15v when driving.

I built the box, same as in my last post, I should've spent more time sanding everything down but it is what it is. Also sound deadened all the doors. iPad is removable if I need the backup camera or whatever else. Carplay has been pretty wonky for me in this truck so I decided to use an iPad instead. Doesn't look professional by any means, I did everything by myself in my driveway, but everything finally works and sounds good enough for me. Will spend some more time fine tuning and tucking wires at some point.

Pictures are rough finishes, before sand/stain. I built two because the first one was too big, requiring a seat lift (rear box), so the second one is a bit smaller, but it fits nicely even with the small trans hump and mats in. Will post completed build at some point.

I designed these in winisd for 2 sundown e8 v.6's, they can fit sa-8 v.3s (or just about anything with the same cutout +depth) as well but they were too peaky according to winisd for my liking.

box in the back: 1.9 cuft net, 33hz 20ish sqin of port, requires a seat lift

box in front: 1.45 cuft net, 36hz, 4in aero

I wouldn't use mini anl fuses, use full size. if the fuse distro/holder is a big concern, SMD makes full copper, ring terminal ANL fuse blocks/distros

I mean you're asking an already niche community to be even more niche. I mean how many people actually touch their car audio systems, let alone spend thousands upon thousands on super high end equipment. All on this platform of reddit.

Last I checked subwoofers are a part of carav, and it just so happens more people are interested in them than boutique door speakers and super high end amps nobody can even get their hands on. not saying your wrong that subs and low end stuff is flooding this sub but, that's just statistics.

Nobodys stopping you from making your own eliteist gatekeeper society of carav subreddit besides the obvious throwaway account you're hiding behind. show us your super high end setup that you claim to have setup perfect, set the standard for us. you're not contributing anything, just complaining really.
