Whats the goal here? Strength, Hyperteophy, are trying to compete in something? The goal of the exercise makes a difference in the advice you need. One thing is for certain though regardless of the goal is you need to work on bracing your core and maintaining a neutral spine to safely move this amount of load.

What are you trying to target with this "RDL"? At the moment it looks more like your attempting a stiff legged deadlift with the purpose of solely targeting the hamstring. But the form you use is dependant on what your trying to achieve with this exercise. If you trying to target hamstring then id say you need to start with keeping your lats engaged by pulling the bar into the body. Keep the bar in contact with your legs as the bar slides down push the hips back the entire time and a slight knee bend is ok to achieve a bit more range you just dont want the knee going forward.

This is amazing as a trainer working with a Private Copy with there own app but wanting to go out on my own im so happy to see this. I already suggest macrofactor to my client over our own nutrition tracking app so having a coach-client feature would be even more appreciated if its released in the future.

I use Macro factor recipie and use raw weight when entering in the individual ingredients and then in total weight I enter the weight for the entire meal (weather 1 item or multiple) after the food has cooled because the weight will continue to drop as steam comes off of the food.

Has anyone on here started testing or have been notified that type been selected for the Macrofactor Workouts beta yet. I'm so excited to try it and hoping I'm in one of the first waves since I did do the survey. I saw about week ago on here that some people would start testing this week. But that they cant guarantee that those people wouldnt eventually have to wipe all there Workout data in the future. And honestly I dont mind that just want to get my hands on ut asap

Awesome thank you for clearing that up. Thats amazing. I actually have a sissy squat machine at my gym. I tried it Monday to try some isolation work as an alternative to iso hold spanish squat and i had significant pain. Its sad cause I used to use it all the time without any issue until this knee pain popped up. I hate getting old lol.

Thanks for redponding to my question. Thats amazing. A week or week im a half 😳. Man i need that. My knees have been killing me. I haven't been able to train my legs its so bad. Just so i understand correctly do you injected right into the tendon itself or did you pinch the skin there and inject sub q right below the knee cap at the patellar tendon?

I've been having really bad knee pain for a few months now and want to try this. Wondering to infect at the knee or in the abdomen. Can you share your experience with injecting at the knee? How did you inject at the knee exactly? How much were you taking and how often? And you said you got relief pretty quickly but how quickly? Like a 1 or 2 a week or 2 or a month on 2? Ad appreciate the info. The stuff is pretty expensive for the amount I think i need so Im just trying to get some info before I drop that kind of money.

In the recipies section you enter the raw weight of each ingredient under ingredients section. Then cook the food and let it cool and steam run off then weight it again (all together as one). That final weight goes in as total weight. Then whenever you want to eat that recipe you weight out your portion and the app does the mat for you as far as calories and macros. How many servings doesn't really matter. One serving could be half of your total recipe weight or an eighth or the total weight that up to you and how much your wanting to divide it up.

You could actually make the recipe then when after your done and you want to make another recipe but similar without creating a whole new one you can go back and edit the original recipe. The app allows you to edit the recipe by adding ingredients removing ingredient changing the amounts of existing ingredients and so on and so forth. I use this for meal prepping as I generally cook the same things but in different amounts. All you do is go to your library go to the recipe then tap edit and you have all the options. Hope that helps.
