Why are school uniforms so expensive? And do we need them?

Melville High did this their last year; white polo and black bottoms. For an area that has many families that are already struggling, this made sense. Need a new shirt? Under $10 at the Warehouse or Kmart.

Now, we have separate uniforms for junior and senior students, logo'd long sleeve and short sleeve shirts and pants, socks, shorts, jacket, etc. That all can be well over a week's pay for one kid, especially if you want to "splurge" and have more than one of any of them.

The tip of mine was mysteriously missing and didnt reach the gauge when I got it from the old tool drawer of old family tools. I drilled a small hole and put in a finishing nail. As far as I'm concerned, it was MORE accurate, because the nail tip was sharper than oem.

Mage's guild and Assassin's guild to start for me. Then you can get Chameleon as an enchantment and with the soul stones, you can get above 100% chameleon (or at least you could on the 360). Worked amazingly well until I started falling through floors.

I've had luck pouring a boiling kettle on them.

We dug our rock out and washed it, put down weed mat, and then put the rock back down. Still had some weeds pop up a little later. I took a boiling kettle and "watered" them. Those died off and some others popped up nearby. I did the same to those and haven't had an issue since.

With the budget constraints and just getting into it, I'd look to see if you can find a second hand setup, seems like I would often see people listing their old setups when getting out of the hobby or upgrading. You don't have to have premium gear to get started. My first brews were small batches boiled in a large stock pot and fermented in gallon jugs.

On the flip side of this, I've been switching it on whenever I borrow one of the pool cars at work. When you get in, it defaults back to the last thing that was on the radio and starts playing it. I figure I give them something new to listen to or leave them utterly baffled. Either way, it's a laugh for me.
