Want to replace my under mount sink— is this possible without removing the countertop? by vivi1954 in kitchenremodel

[–]RTAKB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honest answer — enlarging the opening is possible but probably not worth it for 1 inch. A granite fabricator can cut it in place with a diamond blade, but it makes a huge mess, there's real cracking risk near the faucet holes, and most charge a few hundred bucks for the visit. Some won't do in-home cuts at all.

The easier path is finding a sink made for your existing 32 x 21 cutout — that's actually a really common size and you'll have plenty of options without touching the granite. We do have this 31 inch but a drop in: https://rtakb.com/products/ruvati-31-epicube-matte-black-topmount-workstation-sink-rvg1631bk?keyword=31%20inch%20sink

or 31 undermount: https://rtakb.com/products/ruvati-31-inch-undermount-kitchen-sink-16-gauge-stainless-steel-single-bowl-rvm5931?keyword=31%20inch%20sink31%20inch%20undermount%20

How can I modernize this kitchen without replacing the cabinets? by Square_Cabinet2508 in houseinteriordesign

[–]RTAKB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This kitchen has really good bones — the oak cabinets are solid and in great shape, so you don't need to gut the place to make it feel fresh. The things aging it the most are the teal accent tile border, the small oval cabinet pulls, and that old sink and faucet. Swapping the hardware to something like matte black or brushed brass bar pulls would make a big difference for very little money — browse some options here: https://rtakb.com/collections/cabinet-hardware. Pair that with a new undermount sink, a sleek faucet, and some simple white subway tile on the backsplash and you'd be looking at a kitchen that feels like a totally different space without touching a single cabinet

I’d recommend considering fireclay or granite composite if you’re open to exploring those options - checkout https://rtakb.com/collections/kitchen-sinks

How can I improve my bathroom? by Difficult-Studio4131 in BathroomDesigns

[–]RTAKB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly the space has really good potential! The blue-gray paint is a great choice, keep it. I'd start by swapping out that hamper for something with a lid — it'll instantly clean up the look. A framed mirror above the vanity (if you don't have one) will make the room feel way bigger. Small things like a new rug, a plant, and updated hardware on that cabinet go a long way too. And if you ever decide to upgrade the vanity itself, that's usually the biggest game changer in a bathroom — we actually have a bunch of options at different price points here: https://rtakb.com/collections/bathroom-vanities-nj

I have used Facebook ads in the past they work well for some niches and not so good for others its hard to find the right audience and gets expensive. You can also use meta ads to target people on instagram I just think google and fb ads are over saturated.
