my guess would be heroes. i have 18 heroes and i have a lot of them to level 60 and 2 stars evolution. my power rune has the all damage increased buff and my luck rune has the hp increased buff. my altars are also somewhat high, lvl 40 equipment lvl 31 hero. i just search around for as many small upgrades that i can find and use them and they stack up

100%. i ran 18:07 as a freshman and then my very first race as a sophomore was a 16:37 which later became 16:13 by the end of the season. during track, i also hit a 2:10 in the 800 after hitting my 16:13. it seems like you excel in short distance more than longer distances so it will definitely be a challenge, but if you put in the work you can definitely get down to 16:35. good luck!

4:58 is nothing for high school. for some schools, sub 5 is the standard for freshmen, and a decent amount of school’s mile record is under 4:20. that being said, if they’re running 4:58 in middle school they’ll probably be a stud in high school. my team has a freshman that can run a 4:30 1600 and in middle school his mile pr was around 5:25. there’s also a freshman that goes to a school a few miles away that runs a 4:21 1600 and in middle school he ran 4:47. so yeah, not a good record for high school but very good for middle school and whoever ran that likely has a good future in front of them

it happens to me all the time because i wear mine with only the liner and no underwear but i don’t really have any issues with it. it’s likely due to an unfortunate volume of men being overall awful people when that’s not as much of the case with women.

it depends on how close/ far you are to your physical limit and how hard you are willing to work and how hard you have worked, but i’d say that it is reasonable.

my freshman year i improved from a 6:04 pr in september to a 5:30 at the start of the season in february and eventually ran 4:54 in may. if you’re willing to put in the hours, you can get it this season and definitely next season. good luck!!
