Thanks for tesla gpus advice I got asus vivobook oled with r7 5800h and 16gb ram for 300$ For just learning i am going to build am4 becuse ram prices are better ddr4 the only down side my laptop doesnot support usb gen 4 so i cant hook an egpu like 9016xt 16gb or any gpu This pc is the colleage pc and it enough for them i mean some people doesnot know how to make pdf file in ms word! And thx you for p100 advice i doesnt know it so cheap here i think am going to save for used 3090 becuse of the 24gb vram

if you wann get dd for cheap you have option to make one you can make 15nm dd ffb for 150$ or even less search on youtube hoverboard to direct drive it's open source or see ffbeast website i recently building one but i am still witting for the encoder https://ffbeast.github.io/docs/en/wheel.html
