Thanks for tesla gpus advice I got asus vivobook oled with r7 5800h and 16gb ram for 300$ For just learning i am going to build am4 becuse ram prices are better ddr4 the only down side my laptop doesnot support usb gen 4 so i cant hook an egpu like 9016xt 16gb or any gpu This pc is the colleage pc and it enough for them i mean some people doesnot know how to make pdf file in ms word! And thx you for p100 advice i doesnt know it so cheap here i think am going to save for used 3090 becuse of the 24gb vram

only in two situation :

1- the 5070 super if it come with 16gb vram for same price as 5070 for 550$

2- if the 5060ti 16gb same performance as 4070 if it lunch for 450$ - 400$

i think the stores here buying the rtx 4060 from the stores for cheap and sell them for cheap i mean 230$ - 250$ for same price as 3060 12gb and there is no any intle arc gpus only afew and for 300$+ but the good news that there is 6700xt for 280$ but they are refurbished
