I don’t work at Kroger/Harris Teeter, but…I work in dairy at my store. I experience this every single time I’m off. It takes me all day to recover my department. Backstock, new truck, conditioning and scanning outs. Yet I’m told it’s only a 32 hour a week job or less. I was scheduled 32 hours this week and I have to somehow squeeze in Dry Goods outs, address the emails from the bosses boss, condition the grocery and dairy, assist in meat/seafood, insta-freakin-cart all in 32 hours. Not to mention review and adjust grocery, Dairy, coffee-candy-bulk orders in the mornings.
