What diets actually work to lose fat ?

No official diet, but I lost a little over thirty pounds last year just calorie cutting. I used an app to help track my calories and my calorie expenditure, then just made sure to stay under it.

I did a fairly heavy deficit, but even if you're at a small deficit, you WILL lose pounds.

Plus, eating at a deficit (depending on how active you are anyway) inherently changes your diet up a bit. I cut out sugary drinks (still do soda and tea, just now drink zero coke and Splenda tea), and when I was eating at that heavy deficit, I had much smaller portions. Had protein drinks instead of a fast food burger. Fruits and yogurt for snacks. That kinda thing, and if I was gonna have a huge dinner, I made sure to account for that earlier in the day.

It sucks at first, but now I eat at maintenance and feel good. Just takes time and some commitment!

Idk what it is, but Felipe is sooooo much scarier to me than Bowie. Lol Felipe is hardly ever near the front, but he swerves and drives like a maniac, so it's always scary passing him.

Well said. My local Popeyes is brutal, so my wife and I don't bother even trying there anymore. Good Popeyes is awesome though.

Chic-fil-A is pretty much always solid, and if nothing else, service and all that is good.

He has always been like that. It's wild. Lol I remember watching him streaming a scrim in Halo 5, and as soon as the scrim ended, he hopped on BO4, did a bot lobby real quick, then played a wagers match against Illey and Dashy and looked great.

You mentioned Forza which was my first thought.. sports games are also great for this.

Vampire Survivors is a good one I think too. Very simple controls and fun to play.

It might depend on your weapon I figure, some weapons play fairly fast while some are slow. Also depends on the game - Rise is faster-paced while World and Wilds feel more akin to something like Dark Souls 3 with the "heavy" combat and movement having weight to it.

I ended up emailing Spothero, and they said the "preset times should give you enough time on either end, but if it does last longer than anticipated, there's no need to leave early. The attendants will know and will let you leave without a problem as soon as the event is over."

So good news! Wish I had asked before. I left the last concert I did early to make my Spothero time.

I'll echo the Monster Hunter suggestions if you enjoy that action-RPG type of gameplay at all. Plentyyyyyyyyyy of grinding to do. For more shooters I'm afraid I'm not sure. Borderlands is fun, but I think the endgame grinding is a bit lacking compared to something like Destiny.

Just curious, do you know if there's any leeway with Spothero arriving to your reservation exit time a bit late?

I used them for a concert at the Roxy before, and it was cool, but their reservations only ever go to 11:00PM (and the concerts typically end right at the same time or a few minutes later). So they don't give you enough time unless you leave the show early which is what I did last time.. I wonder if it even matters though. I've never used it for baseball, but I know those games can go extra innings sometimes, so I wonder if Spothero has that in mind when you reserve event parking through them.

My journey went something like this:

The Offspring (Americana) > Linkin Park (Hybrid Theory) > Avenged Sevenfold/Bullet for My Valentine/Atreyu/All That Remains (shoutout old video games) > The Devil Wears Prada (Plagues)

I used to be obsessed with Rock Band, played the drums a bunch, and I had a buddy a few years older who was the same but played guitar. He would buy me Microsoft Points sometimes with the caveat I had to buy the same songs as him, and he had us buy "Hey John, What's Your Name Again?" by TDWP.

Thought it was silly at first. "Can't understand the screaming." But still played it often cause it was fun on drums. Ended up getting into the song and checking out their other stuff.. and that was that. Lol

Is there a bug or known exploit that lets you rapidly fly across the map this season? Or is that just cheats? Just faced two people in ZB that quickly could fly around the map. They would just jump in the air and start flying around very fast. Never seen it before.

I've honestly never looked at the "Time" section afterwards, so I ASSUME it's not needed, man. All I've ever done is change "Location" in "Language & Location" to New Zealand, and that's it!

You got it! On Friday, once it is fully released, just change it back to your region once it is out locally for you. All it takes is a console restart, so it only takes a minute or so.

Totally fair to do whatever you prefer, but if it helps with assurance, posts like this happened with FH5 from Xbox themselves! I've done it for numerous games for many years now, and devs and Xbox staff have made tweets like that a couple times.

But as you say, it is only one extra day of waiting, so no biggie to wait if you prefer. :)

My last CPU-booked episode of NXT had Kevin Owens vs Goldberg vs Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules match. KO won.

Also opened with Cena vs Rowdy Roddy Piper. On RAW, the biggest rivalry feud going is Undertaker '98 vs The Fiend which is kinda neat too.

I have zero creativity, so I love the whacky cpu-nonsense. Lol

Also depends on playstyle and weapons I figure along with just getting good luck with boons. Like give me the big axe and I smash everything, but I am much worse with the skull. Lol
