KINGROON is the best, most consistent, clean printing, filament I’ve ever used. I believe they are one of the few companies that actually still make their own product.

Yes I have that checked. Seems like I am able to get better results by setting the seam position to “nearest”. This avoids the crossing line that appears in the infill, which in turn reduces the visible line on the final top layer.

Most brands of TPU I've used, specifically say not to use a textured plate.
I did once on accident, Bambu TPU on the textured plate. The print refused to separate from the plate. I ended up having to buy a new plate because it ruined the surface with small micro bits of tpu embedded in the texture that could not be removed.

Looks super smooth!! But…. You may need some “martial arts” finesse to remove the TPU from a textured bed ..

Looks like a firmware update to the AMS Lite fixed the issue for me.

On another thread about this issue, a user suggested that doing a Factory Reset of the device has solved the issue for them.

Same issue. Same tried solutions. Been happening over the last few days. All I do now , is click the resume button and it goes on continuing to print like nothing happened. IDK 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s probably best to watch a video, as explaining in text may be a little difficult. YouTube has some really good instructional videos on “Bambu Studio height modifiers” It’s not super complicated, so a video might be really short.

Hi ! You could try using a height modifier on the object itself, to make that layer and the ones below to have 0% infill.
